This term in  7/8 Japanese we have been practising the skill and art of sushi making, as well as refining our chopstick techniques. Many new tastes were tried including wasabi, pickled ginger, salmon…and even trying sushi for the first time. On our second week of trialling our sushi making, the skill of rolling our sushi had improved so much as did our plating presentation. Well done everyone!
